A cyclone separator and a vibrating mesh screen reliably separate waste, dust, and worn blasting media. Only clean, high-performance blasting media remains in the circuit, ensuring consistent blasting results and protecting sensitive components.

The integrated PLC control allows all relevant process parameters to be stored in programs—such as blasting duration, blasting pressure, or drum rotation speed.
