NITON XL3t 980 GOLDD+ – a portable X-ray analyzer with a next-generation SDD detector featuring GOLDD technology.
GOLDD technology enables significant improvements in accuracy and measurement time. This detector is 10 times faster than a conventional PIN detector and up to 3 times more accurate than a conventional SDD detector. The NITON XL3t 980 GOLDD+ analyzer achieves a unique combination of a 50kV X-ray tube with optimized measurement geometry and a patented processor and software.
It allows for fast and accurate, simultaneous analysis of up to 28 elements: Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Pb, Bi, Ag, Pd, Sn, Sb. Additionally, the analyzer enables the analysis of precious metals: Au, Pt, Ir, Ru, Rh.
