Wieser Vorbrecher DV 1350-V EPS Crusher / Grinder / Shredder

In addition to its crushing function, the machine also acts as a rubbing mill (granulator), designed to break the material down into individual EPS beads. Unlike simpler machines of this type, which only feature a primary crusher, this is a much more advanced design consisting of two main sections:

1. Upper Section: Twin-Shaft Primary Crusher

This section performs the initial size reduction of bulky material before it enters the grinding chamber.

2. Lower Section: Grinding and Rubbing System

The final reduction process takes place in the lower chamber, which consists of:

-Rotor: equipped with 3 moving blades
-Stator (fixed knives): equipped with 2 stationary blades

-Screen: located at the bottom of the chamber, allowing only sufficiently processed material to pass through
Optional Equipment

The machines can also be supplied complete with dust collectors and an extraction fan.

The Wieser ESTAL1350 dust collectors were specifically designed to match the throughput of the crusher.
