Completely Refurbished OPS Ingersoll Gantry 500 Eagle Die-Sinking EDM Machine – Excellent Technical and Visual Condition

The machine has undergone a comprehensive, professional refurbishment in our facility and is in outstanding technical and cosmetic condition.

During the overhaul, the machine was disassembled by more than 70%. All relevant wear parts, including ball guides and drive spindles, were thoroughly inspected and replaced where necessary. The generator and control system were cleaned and technically tested. The generator’s cooling unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and consistent operation.
