BrauKon 50 Hectoliter BrewHouse Containing Mash Ton, Lauter Ton and Wort

Braukon 50hl brewhouse containing a Mash Ton, Lauter Ton and Wort Kettle in the main skid. Skid also contains Whirlpool and Chilled Liquor Tank also. Worth Kettle contains a vapour condenser (heat exchanger) that recovers heat from venting steam to prep the water for the next brew etc.
(Returns 15HL hot liquor at 86°C per brew at 4% evaporation) Condenser is only 18-24 months old.

Brewhouse is almost completely automated with the exception of hops and salts dosing (that need to be added through the hatches in the brewing vessels), and the cleaning of the Whirlpool (manipulation of hand valves, turning water supply / pump on/off on the control screen).

Brewhouse was commissioned in 2015 Braukon have traveled to service it every year since we've had it, so would expect it to be in much better condition than other similarly aged brewhouses operated by small businesses.

Brewhouse was completely CIP'd after every use. CIP System available also.
Brewhouse is easily capable of doing 18 brews a week on 18/5, but was never worked even close to that potential.

Brew length is 50hl i.e. you get about 5000L of wort (beer before it's been fermented) out of each brew. Will complete a brew every 4 hours
