Rühle MGR900

We offer a Rühle HighTech Tumbler vacuum massager with cooling, type MGR 900, year 2014 – a device for professional massaging, curing, and marinating meat and poultry. It is the perfect solution for medium and large plants that expect high-quality products, full process control, and stable, industrial operation.

The tumbler is equipped with a cooling jacket and a vacuum system, thanks to which the process takes place at a controlled temperature and under negative pressure of up to 95%, which improves brine binding, tenderness, and juiciness of the meat. The tank capacity is 900 liters.

Inside the drum, there is a mixing arm with an adjustable speed range of -25 to +25 rpm, and the speed of the massaging arm can be set from 0 to 25 rpm. This allows the massage intensity to be perfectly matched to the type of product – from delicate poultry pieces to heavier pork or beef cuts.
The massager also has a lifting device with a lifting capacity of 400 kg, allowing 200-liter trolleys to be loaded without excessive strain on the operators.

The robust stainless steel construction and extensive electronic control system (HighTech Tumbler) allow recipes to be saved, repeatable work programs to be set, and easy servicing.
