We offer the NOWICKI TYPHOON 90 KN-90 high-speed bowl cutter 2022 – a professional machine for the production of meat stuffing, fat emulsions, raw peel mashes, as well as vegetarian products and pet food. This is a modern TYPHOON series bowl cutter, designed for use in meat, fish, fruit and vegetable processing plants and ready-made meal production, where very fine grinding, uniform product structure and high process repeatability are important.

The KN-90 cutter is equipped with a 90 l bowl and a high-performance knife system, which at high rotational speeds allows for ‘cutting in the air’, so that the stuffing does not overheat and retains the desired structure and colour. Stuffing mixing system through reverse rotation

back. The electronically controlled drive allows for precise adjustment of the knife shaft and mixing speed, while the touch screen control panel facilitates operation and storage of ready-made technological programmes.

The cutter has compact dimensions of 2200 x 1600 x 1630 mm, and the separate electrical cabinet has dimensions of 1000 x 500 x 1500 mm, which facilitates the installation of the set in an existing production hall. The robust, heavy-duty construction, made of stainless steel, meets the hygiene requirements of the modern food industry.
