The bodywork was professionally repaired and then the rear section was partially repainted in our own workshop. We disassemble the vehicles beforehand and, for example, permanently seal the body seams with elastic material after painting. The chassis/frame of this Vario was also partially de-rusted and painted by us, and finally protected with wax for long-term preservation.

Additionally, this Vario received a fresh inspection, including engine oil and brake fluid change, all four batteries replaced, and a new air dryer for the braking system. Furthermore, the plastic glazing in the cab was replaced with genuine glass.

Due to their good insulating properties, the plastic windows were retained in the rear section.

An ideal base for a spacious motorhome — the technical conversion to "So-KFZ Wohnmobil" registration (special-purpose vehicle/motorhome) can be carried out for you for an extra charge of €600.
