Maho MH 600

Maho MH600 universal milling machine. Classic German build quality with the desirable rounded‑casting design. Compact, rigid and ideal for toolrooms, prototyping, and precision workshop use. Would suit general engineering, car or motorcycle enthusiast. 3-phase but can also be used with an inverter such as a Mitsubishi or Jaguar, (not included) for use with a single-phase supply.

Universal swivelling table and vertical adjustable angle head. ISO40 spindle. Rotary chuck SKF M110 Fastloc attachment included. Jones and Shipman vice included. Mechanical feeds for accurate horizontal and vertical bed travel.

Works. I have, and can send (as I can't upload here) videos showing the cutter head running. Both horizontal and vertical feeds also work. External motor, so it can be accessed and changed if needed. Cooling system not fitted / not working.

I bought this machine from the Rose Forgrove Packaging Machinery Leeds as a Baker Perkins employee in the '90s for my Father-in Law. Used only lightly since then. Workshop is sold, so looking to find it a new home.

Well looked after, and if I had room, I'd keep it!
Accessories: Jones and Shipman vice included. I likely have some cutters that I'll dig out and photograph.

Buyer to arrange and fund the shipment, which will need to include insurance and lifting onto your chosen truck.
It's heavy, about 0.95 tonnes. Forklifting onto a lorry is possible, pending agreement via me, with the new property owner.

Need to sell as new owner needs it out. Please make me a sensible offer!
