The milling head swivels by ±50°, the milling head speed ranges from 36 to 360 rpm, the table rotates at up to 18 rpm for small numbers of teeth, and the tangential travel of 200 mm utilizes the full milling head length for long tool life.

The machine is delivered with a new Siemens Sinumerik ONE control system and Sinamics S120 drives in a climate-controlled control cabinet manufactured in-house. The user-friendly interface makes setup and programming possible without in-depth G-code knowledge.
