Gleason PFAUTER CNC gear hobbing machine P 2400/2800

for gear cutting of cylindrical and worm gears as well as all other
regularly occurring rollable profiles and shapes on the cylindrical workpiece
circumference.

Large gear hobbing machines from Gleason offer maximum productivity for roughing
and finishing cylindrical gears for many industries: wind turbines, industrial
gearboxes, mining and shipbuilding, gear machining and many more.

The power range of the drive takes future tool developments into account. Of
course, the gear hobbing head drive is also backlash-free. These machines are
particularly well suited for use with state-of-the-art, cutting materials,
regardless of whether dry or wet machining is preferred.

The machine can be used for dry or wet machining and is also
equipped with the appropriate chip conveyor for both machining methods.

The machine is equipped with an internal profile milling head as a motorised
milling head.
