Jumbo semi-trailer chassis
Steel welded construction with narrow crossmember spacing and reinforced design, low-loader outer frame profile, for transporting construction machinery up to 32,000 kg and with a maximum outer width of the construction machinery of 2,550 mm. Kingpin plate with two replaceable kingpins. Rear slope of approximately 1,200 mm and 7°. Ramp platform closed at the top with steel/checker plate.
Omega rail integrated into the lower section of the outer frame on the side as a retaining strip for tarpaulin and spacers for the lashing eyes, not in the wheel area. If a lifting platform is installed, an additional lightweight outer frame with an omega profile is used.
24 ton, two-stage support jacks, single-sided operation, with a semi-circular lower part and straight connection plate, with stroke equalization. Free swivel radius to the rear of approximately 1,950 mm.

(Cylinder inclined for good ground clearance, Fliegl standard). Operation on the right front + additional actuation with a remote control (same as the ramp actuation). Lifting platform can be raised with the tarpaulin closed!
Tarpaulin attachment in the lifting platform area to an additional lightweight outer frame with an omega profile. Lifting platform can be raised with the tarpaulin closed! Lashing eyes can also be used in the lowered position!

Gooseneck:
4 pairs of 5-ton lashing eyes embedded in the outer frame.
2 pairs of lashing eyes on top and on the side in the outer frame.
Low-loader:
8 pairs of lashing eyes on top and on the side in the outer frame, each 10 tons.
9 pairs of 5-ton lashing eyes embedded in the outer frame.
Axles + Suspension
SAF drum brake axles.
Last axle with trailing arm steering, with automatic reverse lock via the reversing light, and additional locking function on the vehicle via a push button.
Air suspension with lift and lower valve + auto-reset function.
H & S function with quick release.
1st axle automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and start-up assistance. Actuation by pressing the brake pedal 3 times (start-up assistance is functional up to an axle load exceeding 30% and up to a speed of max. 25 km/h).
Axle lift below the recommended ride height, therefore no guarantee for tire damage.
