ERBA EVP-RA 550 Rundvibrator mit Separierung

The ERBA EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine features a rising work bowl floor with integrated separation. It is equipped with an easily interchangeable screening unit and is distinguished by high operational efficiency thanks to the integrated drop stage. Discharge and separation are performed via the integrated flap (manual/pneumatic operation). Upon request, reinforced suspension and a more powerful motor can be installed for higher loads. The motor speed can be continuously adjusted via a frequency converter (optional). Thanks to its lateral discharge, the EVP-RA 550 can be linked with other machines. The system can optionally be equipped with fully automatic PLC control.

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are known for their durability and longevity, which are largely attributed to the hot-poured polyurethane lining of the work bowl.
