CORMAK WL3000 laser welding machine is a professional 3-in-1 device with a power output of 3000 W, designed for laser welding, cleaning, and cutting. It has been developed for industrial plants and workshops requiring reliability, precision, and high operating efficiency. Thanks to fiber laser technology, the machine provides exceptional beam stability and enables processing of a wide range of metal materials while maintaining a minimal heat-affected zone.

Design and technology

The machine is based on a fiber laser source with a wavelength of 1070 nm and a 10 m fiber optic cable. Thanks to its compact housing and integrated connections for shielding gases and cooling systems, the CORMAK WL3000 ensures safe and efficient operation.

The high-power welding head enables welding at various angles, while the optical system guarantees excellent beam quality and stability.

Precision and work efficiency

The CORMAK WL3000 laser welder enables fast and repeatable welds without the need for additional finishing operations. Due to the small heat-affected zone, the material structure remains unchanged. Low levels of reflected radiation improve operator safety while maintaining excellent final weld quality.
