Construction and Technology

The SCV15000TC VIBER BIG-BAG is built on a rigid steel structure designed for intensive use in demanding industrial environments. The chip extraction fan features a dynamically balanced impeller with aerodynamically optimized blades, ensuring consistently high performance with low noise levels.

The filtration unit consists of 117 polyester filter cartridges with a filtration surface area adapted to intensive dust extraction processes.

Precision and Performance

Thanks to high vacuum pressure and a large inlet diameter (400 mm), the extractor efficiently removes chips, dust, and sawdust from multiple workstations simultaneously. The design allows operation as a central extraction system, enabling full integration with an entire production line.

High energy efficiency and the automatic filter cleaning system significantly reduce the need for frequent servicing, lowering operating costs.
