General description:
Complete automatic line for the production of extruded snacks and filled sticks/pillows. The system is designed for continuous operation and includes all stages from raw material hydration to ready-to-season product cooling. All main components are made of stainless steel 304, ensuring full food-grade compliance and easy cleaning.
Main components:
-Corn moisturizing mixer (300 kg) with water dosing and metal impurity magnet.
-Helix feeder with automatic extruder feeding and safety grid.
-Extruder (200 kg/h) with 50 HP motor, LS inverter control, SKF bearings, 5 interchangeable dies, and air cooling system.
-Air-current conveyor transferring product to the dryer.
-Dryer (gas or electric) insulated double-wall stainless cylinder with inverter speed control.
-Seasoning drum (Ø 85 cm × 3 m) with inverter speed control and spray coating system.
-Two flavor & oil mixers, double-jacketed, 200 kg capacity each.
-Flavor pump with inverter-controlled dosing.
-Cutter for sticks/pillows length adjustment.
-Cooling conveyor with fans for product cooling before packaging.
-Butter melting tank and stuffing mixer tank, both double-jacketed, temperature-controlled.
