Dryer machines are used to dry the wet surfaces of the parts after the process in surface finishing machines where deburring, polishing, etc. are performed. At the same time, dryer machines help to prevent corrosion of the parts

Corn cobs are used in dryer machines. Hot corn cobs absorb water from the surface of the parts during process.

The dryer machines have a heating system with resistance. By the help of heating system, the drying speed increases and it saves time and energy.

On the machine, there is a material loading point in order to transfer wet parts to the machine easily and a discharge slider which can take out the parts after drying easily.

During drying process, the parts and corn cobs move through the ramp in the bowl to the self-discharge way. Activating the slider is enough to take out the dried parts.

Thanks to ergonomically designedchassis height and springs, staff can work with high efficiency.
Increased resistance against vibrations, rigid and reinforced support construction; adjustable insulators flexibly mounted to absorb vibrations are some of the distinctive design features of the machine chassis.

Electrical panels with CE Certificate designed in accordance with EU standards are used. There are main switch and emergency stop switch. The working time controller and time clock are included in the standard equipment. Three-phase electrical connection is used.

It can work integrated with automation systems with PLC software.

Dust absorbing system is available as an option.

The dimensions of the dryer machines are designed to work integrated with the previous processes surface finishing machines. Therefore, the products from the first process are able to be transferred to the material loading point of the dryer automatically.
