"Measurements using X-ray tomography for production and inspection room
The transmission tube—used here for the first time in a monoblock design—enables a small focal spot even at high tube power, allowing for rapid measurements at high resolution. The monoblock design for the tube, generator, and vacuum system has also been implemented as an open construction for the first time.
