At Wöhler, we have developed a range of wire processing machines that are primarily used in the brush industry. They can roll round wire into flat wire, count and bundle individual wires and crimp or cut both individual wires and entire strands to a specific length. There are also solutions for rewinding or coiling and twisting individual wires into strands.

Cut wire strands to an adjustable length and knot the sections into bundles with the Wöhler WCB 200.

Produce Bucher tufts with the FWB 700.

Roll round wire into flat wire with the FWR 250 - including automatic wire thickness regulation. Wind this flat wire onto spools with the DC 510, cut it to size and bundle the counted sections.

Wave, cut and bundle wire strands with the DA 400 or the DA 700. Wave and wind wire strands with the STW 87, the STW 96 or the USTW 6000.

Spool up to 44 individual wires into one strand - optionally including twisting.
