We offer the STORK TOWNSEND BBC-1500 W Back Bone Cutter, an automatic machine for the precise separation of spare ribs from the split backbone. Thanks to the manually adjustable feed mechanism and the feed roller system, the backbone is guided stably to the horizontal band saw, allowing for cutting very close to the backbone and yielding more valuable product.
