Tetra Pak Multitube 3 x CM108, 12 x CM85

Brand new (never used) tubular heat exchanger, sanitary (THE). Multitube for thermal treatment of most liquid products. Total 15 tubes (corrugated). Configurated in 2 sections:

3 tubes model: CM108, Straight design, Length: 6 m, with outer diameter 108 mm - inner diameter: 100 mm - with 19 inner tubes of 16 mm inner diameter. 5,72 m2 per tube x 3 pieces = 17,18 m2.

12 tubes model: CM85 with outer diameter 85 mm - inner diameter 77 mm - with 7 inner tubes of 20 mm inner diameter. This makes 2,63 m2 per tube = 31,6 m2.

Total capacity 48,78 m2. Weld connections product: Ø51 and Ø63 mm, connections product: Ø 63 and Ø 76 mm SMS, including bends. Tubes material type SS 316. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Shell side: Circ. water/water/tower water/hot water. Various thermal cycles, calculations available (available on request). Recommended CIP flow 15.400 liter/per hour. For both types CM85 and CM108 a commissioning (with tools) and spare parts kit available.
