The machine is designed and manufactured to produce rotor shafts for power tools.

The machine is designed and manufactured to perform the following operations automatically.
- Load/unload parts automatically from/to tool carrier line with a pick & place unit between the shaft ends.
- Ring seat turning + commutator facing + commutator turning.
- Ring assembly - commutator side
- Ring assembly - drive wheel side

The machine has several production programmes to produce different parts.
Each programme corresponds uniquely to one shaft type
