Q-Fin Quality Finishing Solutions SER1200

This SER1200 Multibrush VAC is on display in our showroom and has only been used for a few demonstrations. You can still view this machine in our showroom in Bergeijk.

Discover the innovatively developed SER1200 Multibrush finishing machine, designed with 4 processing stations and 17 individually controlled motors. The entire finishing machine can be operated via the HMI touchscreen, which is highly intuitive and ensures effortless operation. The display makes it easy to select different finishing programs, leading to high reproducibility of product quality and preventing operator setup errors. Thanks to the automatic height adjustment at the processing stations, consistency and precision are always ensured.

At the first station of the finishing machine, burrs and irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a flat, burr-free surface. After grinding, four oscillating combination brushes apply gentle pressure to the product, ensuring that all edges and holes of the flat-ground product are rounded, both around and inside. As the final processing step, the Multibrush round brushes provide perfect post-processing. The six brushes deliver a non-directional finish and round off the edges with a radius of 2+ mm, giving the product a high-quality and durable appearance.

The SER1200 Multibrush finishing machine is also available in an XL version, featuring an additional fifth station. The fifth station consists of a second grinding unit, enabling a line finish on your product using a finer grinding belt or Scotch-Brite belt.
