ProFruit Machinery Multipurpose Jam Cooker & Kettle

The ProFruit Multipurpose Jam Cooker & Kettle is designed for cooking, heating and pasteurizing fruit and vegetable products. It is suitable for jams, marmalades, purées, syrups, sauces and other food products.

Operation
The double-jacket vessel distributes heat evenly, while the integrated heavy-duty mixer and scrapers keep the product moving, help prevent sticking and promote a uniform consistency. A digital control panel is standard. An optional touchscreen adds recipe storage and programmable cooking cycles.
