5-Axis Machining Center for the Production of Modular Houses using Frame Construction Technology
This 5-axis machining center is specifically designed for the production of structural elements for modular and frame houses. The machine enables precise machining of beams, columns, studs, and other wooden elements used in the prefabrication of walls, floors, and roof structures. Thanks to simultaneous machining in five axes, it allows for the execution of complex milling, drilling, cutting, and woodworking joint processing operations in a single working cycle, ensuring high accuracy, repeatability, and production efficiency.
CONSTRUCTION:
The machine's frame is made of steel and cast iron, providing high rigidity and resistance to overloads associated with the machining process.

DRIVES:
Our machining centers use SERVO motors to provide adequate acceleration and speeds in each direction. The X and Y axes are equipped with tried and tested helical racks, ensuring high durability and precision, while a high-quality ball screw drives the Z axis. All axes move on linear rail guides.
SPINDLE:
A powerful, high-end, brushless spindle with a power of 25kW drives the cutting tool. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. A frequency inverter powers the spindle, and it has a higher power rating than the spindle itself, which protects against speed drops during operation under heavy load.
TOOL MAGAZINE:
The standard equipment of the machining center includes a linear tool magazine equipped with 6 HSK tapers. It is possible to equip it with additional tool magazine positions.

The machine is equipped with appropriate CAD/CAM software. The software enables quick and easy design of elements, which the program then converts into so-called G-code. It is also possible to import ready-made files from other programs.
