Functional description:
The motor housings are manually removed from the grid box by one person and placed on a buffer table in a defined position. A row pusher moves the foremost row onto a permanent magnetic articulated belt conveyor.
The motor housings are automatically transported and transferred to a permanent magnetic combination conveyor. After a 90° deflection, the housings are buffered in a roller track. One housing is released at a time and fed to a prism conveyor. The combination conveyor is axially adjustable, so that a centric feed to the prisms is ensured depending on the housing length.
After the grinding process, the motor housings are transferred to another permanent magnetic combination conveyor. After a 90° deflection, the housings are brought into a stationary position and guided onto a permanent magnetic articulated belt conveyor.
