During bending, the deformation of the upper slide and worktable is minimal, which guarantees excellent straightness and angular consistency of workpieces.
Die and Clamping Device
It is composed of upper and lower dies, featuring high precision, premium quality and long service life. The upper die is mounted on the slide block, securely fixed by a precision quick-release clamping device. Throat Opening Deflection Compensation Device
A linear encoder is installed on each side of the machine to measure and feed back the precise distance between the slide block and the lower worktable. Position data is fed back to the CNC system, which outputs signals to control the hydraulic proportional servo valves, ensuring accurate synchronization of the two cylinders.
