This efficient flaker from Magurit has been specially developed to reduce frozen meat blocks into meat flakes/slices for further processing. This high-performance frozen block cutter can process up to 4,000 kg/h of product (depending on the product type and cutting size). It is an ideal machine for small, medium-sized, and large meat processing companies.
The block cutter is very easy to operate. The frozen blocks are pneumatically fed to the cutting drum. The discharge height is specifically designed to match standard meat carts (Euro bins). This frozen meat flaker is constructed entirely from stainless steel.
