We are offering a modular setup of 3 custom-modified 40HC Reefer containers. The system is engineered as a fully insulated, highly secure, and immediately operational detached workspace. It can be purchased as a complete, fully equipped precision metalworking facility, or strictly as empty, insulated infrastructure with industrial-level interiors.

VERSATILE APPLICATIONS: Due to its heavy-duty floor, extreme climate stability, and high-security features, the infrastructure is highly suitable for:

* Military field base usage or mobile command centers
* Industrial battery storage enclosures (ESS)
* Thermal storage for temperature-sensitive materials
* Mobile data centers and server rooms
* Secure off-grid laboratories or CNC machining cells

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE:

* Construction: 3x 40HC Reefer containers (outer height 2.9 m). Marine-grade stainless steel outer shell, food-grade stainless/aluminum inner shell.
* Insulation: High-pressure injected PUR foam (U ~ 0.35 W/m²K). Provides extreme thermostability and prevents moisture condensation. Regulated air extraction system is fully installed.
* Industrial Floor: Custom hot-dip galvanized steel frame with 5mm steel plates (weight exceeds 1.5 tons). Fully grounded. Serves as a perfectly rigid anchoring platform for heavy machinery (machines maintain their geometry and the container can be transported without dismounting them).
* Electrical Installation: 32A/400V connection, equipped with industrial Eaton circuit breakers (dimensioned for heavy surge loads), IP55 dust/water-resistant sockets. Independent circuit for LED lighting.
* IT & Connectivity: Shielded Cat6a data cabling, dedicated feed-through/antenna for 5G network, and remote-controlled heating.
* Safety & Security: 2x Central Stop buttons for immediate machinery power cut-off. Double steel security doors integrated into the floor frame, equipped with an ASSA ABLOY electromechanical lock (panic function). HIKVISION AI camera surveillance system included.

MACHINERY INCLUDED (if purchasing the complete package):

* Siegmund System 22 welding table (including a broad set of clamps and fixtures)
* Pilous ARG 260 semi-automatic hydraulic band saw
* Fronius TransSteel 2700c multi-process welder (including original torch)
* FEIN magnetic drill + AKU tools, STRONGHAND clamps

PRICING OPTIONS:

1. Complete Setup (3x containers + all machinery listed above): 1,450,000 CZK excl. VAT / approx. 60,000 EUR.
2. Infrastructure Only (containers with electrical/IT/security installations, no metalworking machinery): 950,000 CZK excl. VAT / approx. 39,500 EUR.

LOGISTICS:
The containers are currently located in Prague, Czech Republic. They are not permanently welded together – the system is designed to be quickly disconnected from the grid, loaded via crane, and transported to your location.

* Incoterms: EXW Prague. Buyer is responsible for all transport costs. We are available on-site to assist and coordinate the loading process.
* Crane loading: 1,950 EUR.
