The Lorch iQS series is a powerful, digitally networked MIG-MAG welding system for demanding industrial applications. The newly developed inverter generates an exceptionally stable and smooth arc. All parameters can be continuously adjusted to the optimal operating point – for high-quality, reproducible welds on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The iQS is suitable for both manual welding and robotic integration, providing a future-proof platform for modern manufacturing companies.

Important parameters can be accessed immediately via the configurable QuickAccess menu. Current values are visualized during welding; subsequently, the Hold function indicates whether the specified parameters have been met.

WLAN and Lorch Connect enable the recording, documentation, and analysis of welding data, as well as updates and future function upgrades. The encapsulated air duct, the dust-protected electronics area, and the modular design simplify maintenance and ensure uncomplicated service. Optionally, the robust MF-09 wire feeder complements the system with 4x4 drive, a quick-change system, and various chassis and transport options.
