The hand-held fiber laser welder is a modern alternative to TIG and MIG/MAG welding, designed for both thin and thick materials. Compared to conventional methods, laser welding delivers up to 4x faster cycle times, significantly reduced heat distortion, and welds that require no additional post-processing.
Welding thin aluminium and stainless steel is straightforward and repeatable — unlike TIG, which demands a highly experienced operator. The machine supports single or dual wire feeding, enabling larger gap bridging and a wider weld bead when needed.
