Similarly, the motor features an IP23 protection rating and Class F insulation, allowing a maximum operating temperature of 100°C. Given these specifications, a star/delta starting configuration limits the number of starts to three when cold and two when hot per hour, thereby preventing excessive thermal and mechanical stress.


Structure and Components


A vertically split cast iron casing enhances the machine’s robustness, facilitating easy maintenance and quick access to internal components. In particular, the Bull-Gear, constructed from AGMA 12-grade helical steel, operates with oil-lubricated hydrodynamic sleeve bearings, ensuring reliability and longevity. Furthermore, the 17-4PH stainless steel impellers feature a semi-open design with backward-leaning blades to maximize aerodynamic efficiency. In the same way, aluminum and cast iron diffusers aid in pressure recovery and maintain operational stability.


The lubrication system integrates an oil reservoir coated with epoxy for corrosion resistance. Additionally, a 0.75 kW pre/post lubrication pump, operating at 380/415V, maintains continuous oil circulation, protecting moving components.
