This professional system is designed for the industrial production of high-margin, casing-free snacks such as mini salami, meat sticks, jerky strips, fish snacks, and pet treats. The SAS200 can be connected to any standard rotary vacuum filler — including Handtmann, REX, Vemag, or our own gear-driven vacuum filler.
