Franz Haas Wafer Stick Baking Oven, Model EWB 1/1, completely refurbished.

The machine is constructed from ASIS 304 stainless steel (with the main frame made of carbon steel).

The oven is equipped with a rotating ring, which has adjustable speed control to achieve the desired baking characteristics for the wafer sticks. The ring has been cleaned and checked (re-aligned), and the supports/bearings are brand new.

The machine comes with two extruders with bushings for ribbon forming and tube diameter shaping.

Equipped with a cutting knife featuring a pneumatic actuator and photoelectric sensor for precise cutting (tube length adjustment is possible).

The oven includes a stainless steel batter tank mounted on a frame with a trolley.

Fitted with pumps that feed batter from the tank onto the ring surface.

Comes with a new control panel and a new gas pressure regulator. Speeds of the ring and pumps are adjustable via frequency inverters.

Dimensions: length 3200 mm, width 1400 mm, height 1700 mm.

The machine is powered by natural gas, high-methane type, symbol E (previously GZ 50).

Electrical requirements: 3x400V / 16A, consumption approx. 2.5/3 kWh.

The machine has undergone a complete overhaul. All thermal elements have been replaced with new, environmentally-friendly components—resulting in lower gas consumption and enhanced efficiency.

Output: approx. 120-150 kg per 8 hours.
