Two independently operated heavy-duty transport vehicles (A and B) for loads up to 35 tonnes.
The transporters are supported by four steerable heavy-duty caster wheels and two omnidirectional drive wheels (allowing movement in any desired direction). The drive wheels are pneumatically pressed against the ground to ensure optimal traction. Rotation of the two drive wheels activates various drive modes for the transporters. This design enables highly flexible maneuvering, permitting travel in longitudinal and transverse directions as well as rotation on the spot.
Each transporter is equipped with an integrated 35-tonne lift table. The contact surfaces of the table feature cooling fins to dissipate heat emitted from the pallet during the transport of warm or hot materials. The lifting mechanism is powered by a central motor; power is transmitted via two gearboxes and axes traversing the frame, which in turn drive four shafts located at the corners of the vehicle. Depending on the cargo, custom fixtures can be manufactured to be mounted on the lift system.

The entire system is covered with aluminum panels, each individually numbered to ensure correct repositioning after maintenance.
The transporters were designed to carry a maximum load of 35 tonnes at a top speed of 1.5 km/h in manual mode and 1 km/h in semi-automatic mode. The speed is continuously adjustable via joystick-based manual control.
Unladen, and in manual mode, the vehicles can reach speeds of up to 2.5 km/h. In semi-automatic mode, speed is limited to 1.5 km/h.
