説明
WEINIG GRECON HS 120 – FINGER JOINTING LINE
Basic information:
Model: GRECON DIMTER HS 120 LI
Manufacturer: WEINIG (Germany)
Type of machine: finger jointing line
Year of manufacture: 2014
Year of last upgrade: 2022 (addition of ABB automatic feeding system)
Net price: €399,000
A) Specification of the finger jointing line
- WEINIG GRECON HS 120 finger jointer (year 2014) with brush feeder for wooden components
- Two through-feed milling machines for finger joint profile cutting
- Automatic glue applicator with quality control (GlueEye Vision system)
- Pre-jointing station for aligning elements
- Press for joining, with pressing length approx. 6.1 m (6100 mm)
- Integrated ABB robotic line – automatic feeding of the finger jointer
- Automatic glue suction from a 1000 l IBC with agitator
Robotic loading:
- ABB IRB 6640 four-axis robot
- Two palletizing cells for continuous operation
- Maximum length of elements picked by robot: from 110 to 600 mm
- Year of robotic cell construction: 2021
Material handling and discharge:
- Roller conveyor system with rotators for feeding battens into robot cell
- FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift at the press (automatic height adjustment, table size 6.0 x 1.3 m)
- Roller storage buffer for batten stacks after joint cutting – storage space 82 liner meters
B) Technical parameters
Material dimensions and range:
- Incoming wood length: 110 – 900 mm
- Max material width: 150 mm
- Max material thickness: 50 mm
- Pressing segment length: approx. 6100 mm
- Number of milling stations: 2
- Number of scoring units: 4
Drive and power:
- Total connected power: 75 kW
- Machine weight: approx. 12,800 kg
Space and installation requirements:
- Required floor length: approx. 14 m
- Required width: approx. 10 m
Media supply requirements for the line:
- Electrical power supply 400 V / 3-phase
- Compressed air
- Chip and dust extraction
- Internet access (control and diagnostics systems)
C) Application of the GRECON HS 120 line
The GRECON HS 120 line is designed for through-feed finger jointing of short wooden segments into endless slats of up to approx. 6,100 mm in length.
Used in the production of:
- furniture boards
- countertops
- structural components
- battens and solid wood semi-finished products
D) Personnel and number of operators
The GRECON HS 120 line with ABB robotic feeding (2 pallet cells, alternating operation) requires only one operator.
E) Production process
Pgodpfx Amsyk E H Njask
1. Pallets with pre-sorted wooden elements are delivered to the robot loading cell.
2. The ABB robot picks items from the pallet and loads them onto the belt magazine of the GRECON HS 120 line.
3. The line mills male and female finger joints in a through-feed process.
4. The automatic glue applicator applies adhesive (monitored by the GlueEye Vision system).
5. The pre-jointing station assembles elements to the pre-set length.
6. The cross-cut saw cuts the endless batten to the desired size and feeds it into the press.
7. The press clamps the element until the glue fully sets.
8. Finished slats are placed on the scissor lift, undergo quality control, and are transported to the roller storage buffer.
