2. The ABB robot picks the components from the pallets and feeds them onto the GRECON HS 120’s belt magazine.
3. The line machines the male and female fingers on both ends of the components in a throughfeed process.
4. The automatic glue applicator applies adhesive (monitored by GlueEye Vision).
5. The pre-jointing station assembles the pieces to the specified length.
6. The cross-cut saw trims the lamella to length and feeds it to the press.
7. The press compresses the lamella until the glue is fully cured.
8. Finished lamellas are placed on the scissor lift, quality controlled, and conveyed to the roller buffer storage.
