A custom-built multi-stage nonwoven line for the production of two-layer or multi-layer technical nonwovens made of synthetic or natural fibers with free-flowing materials such as herbs or seeds is available. Material weight range: approx. 100g-1000g/m², max. roll width: 2800mm, max. production speed: 300m/h, needling capacity: approx. 1200strokes/min, main motor: 45kW Siemens, total system dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 10m/4.5m/4.5m. Process steps: nonwoven web feeding, carrier nonwoven feeding, material feeding (herbs), material dosing, material distribution, top nonwoven laying, needle station, cutting/to length cutting, winding/rewinding, dust extraction. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible. The line is complete including accessories and peripheral equipment.
