This versatile filling machine is currently being used for filling bottle sizes from 60ml - 2000ml.
It is a fully automatic line, run by 1 person. Put the bottles on the line, it will fill them (4 bottles at a time) with a 4 headed diving nozzle (to avoid foaming), then moving the bottles along to a cap placer and finally a to a cap tightener. The cap tightener is set up for a 38mm cap (this can be changed). This line has been regularly maintained by our in house service team and is in perfect working order.

Capable of filling from 500 - 2000 bottles P/Hour
