The existing pressure value is measured before cleaning, and the cleaning process is initiated if necessary. The RPM-997 offers the flexibility to work with different vehicles and levels of contamination, with an adjustable temperature between 50–80°C and an adjustable cleaning time between 15–45 minutes. The heated cleaning fluid helps to remove rust, scale, sludge, sediment, and residues caused by the use of low-quality antifreeze from the system.

Thanks to its powerful circulation pump, the cleaning fluid is circulated through the system at a high flow rate. This supports the effective cleaning of deposits in the radiator, heater core, and engine water channels.

The device features a 20-liter capacity chrome stainless steel tank, a durable metal housing, and a removable and cleanable chrome filter. During cleaning, dirt and sediment from the system are collected on the filter, preventing them from returning to the system.

The RPM-997 also provides professional service reporting. Vehicle registration number, mileage information, and pressure values before and after cleaning can be recorded. The process results can be printed from the device's integrated printer and delivered to the customer.
