The StoNail 3000 is an automated portal nailing machine for the efficient production of pallets and boxes. With up to twelve nailing units, two work areas, and four clamping stations, it offers high throughput with reduced setup time. The nailing units, which are controlled in groups, are manually adjusted to the pallets to be produced and automatically moved via the central portal. Simple, intuitive programming. The machine takes over part of the programming and performs a learning cycle before the first program start to automatically detect the nail positions.
