The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical storage lift designed for the efficient storage and order picking of small parts according to the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized by high storage density and ergonomic ease of use.

Features and Benefits
Goods-to-Person Principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space Optimization: The Logimat measures the height of the stored items and dynamically optimizes the storage height, resulting in very high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various height levels to ensure ergonomic access. Optionally, the tray's reach depth can be further reduced, minimizing operator strain.

Software Integration: The vertical storage lift is equipped with a standard PLC controller and can be integrated into customer-specific WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The in-house software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical rack and pinion drives, ensuring robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of the tray, even with eccentric loading.
