ProFruit Machinery Advanced Cooling Tunnel

Stainless-steel cooling tunnel for rapidly and gradually cooling hot-filled products packaged in glass bottles, jars or cans. Controlled cooling helps preserve product quality and reduce the risk of thermal shock and container breakage.
Containers travel through the tunnel while water spray nozzles cool them progressively. During this process, the water spray also cleans the exterior surfaces of the containers. Automatic temperature control and an integrated water chiller maintain a stable water temperature during operation.
