Industrial Hall Filter Ventilation for Welding Shops — suited for various technological processes in production plants, predominantly during metalworking operations.
Ultra-low energy consumption thanks to the implementation of innovative fan technology. Utilizes an EC (Electronically Commutated) fan instead of a standard unit, delivering SIGNIFICANT savings by minimizing power usage.
The EC fan, equipped with an integrated inverter, allows variable speed control and enables adjustment of energy consumption/performance within the 60%, 80%, and 100% operating ranges.
Air is drawn in from above and gently discharged near floor level directly at workstations, avoiding unpleasant drafts.
Based on the principle of stratified filter ventilation, the unit does not require ductwork installation.
Equipped with self-cleaning cartridge filter elements, using compressed air pulses during operation. Filter cleaning is managed by differential pressure control, preventing compressed air wastage.
Stratified ventilation principle: contaminated air is drawn from above, filtered, and then released at floor level as clean, respirable air without creating drafts, at speeds below 1.2 m/s—precisely where operators work. Covers a wide 270-degree area. The AirTower operates according to the stratified ventilation guidelines recommended by trade associations, considered the most effective method of air recirculation.
