Key features of the device:

Consistently excellent baking results: bread with excellent quality and taste, and a crispy crust.
Heating in the upper and lower zones is regulated separately for each chamber, ensuring the best baking results.
Fast heating process.
Separate control systems and humidification devices for each baking chamber, allowing for the simultaneous baking of a wide range of products.
Intense steam delivery and an excellent crust thanks to a tightly sealed, high-performance steam generator.
Guaranteed baking results thanks to adjustable steam extraction; the steam flap is electrically controlled.
The temperature in the baking chamber does not drop because the humidification device is a separate module with its own heating system.
The bread can be described as "stone-baked bread" because the baking chambers are lined with stone plates.
Good lighting in the baking chamber; the lighting elements are easily accessible.
