For sale is a used Mikron WF 3S universal milling machine. It features a Heidenhain path control TNC 114, which means it can move to a programmed dimension in any chosen axis (X, Y, or Z) and stops automatically upon reaching it. Four different zero points can be set, and dimensions can be entered as absolute or incremental values. The feed rate is infinitely adjustable from 0–750 mm/min, and can also be regulated during machining. Rapid traverse can be activated at the push of a button, while spindle speed is step-adjustable from 50 rpm to 2240 rpm, but only adjustable when the machine is stationary. The vertical milling head is mounted with three bolts and can be removed and reattached in just 2 minutes.
