The following work is performed in-house:
- Complete disassembly of the press, cleaning, and technical inspection
- Shaft removal, crack inspection, new seals, and V-belts
- New paint finish: Light Gray RAL 7035 / Gentian Blue RAL 5010
- BEKA lubrication unit + new lubrication lines
- New front cover
- New control cabinet with ABB safety control system and touchscreen
Operated via touchscreen mounted on the front of the control cabinet,
Positioning of the control cabinet (cable length) to be determined in consultation with the end customer,
standard 0.8–1.0 m next to the machine, including new cabling for the press
- Foot switch
- Two-hand control
- Current UVV inspection with braking time measurement

Following the modernization, the machine is approved for manual loading operations on the open die.
