"The 8835 is a roll bending machine designed for the production of small-radius fins and reflectors, meeting the requirements of the latest small-diameter fluorescent tubes. The machine is equipped with three independently driven lower rollers to minimize production time. All rollers run in adjustable support bearings to allow easy roller adjustment for materials of varying hardness and thickness. Any deflection of the upper roller is compensated by a crossbar that tilts to provide clearance for the bent workpiece.
All rollers are hardened and chrome-plated with polished surfaces to prevent marking. The control system allows programming of constant radius parts and parabolic shapes. Up to 100 programs can be stored."
