The design solution of the machine's segmented construction and the pivotally mounted bending jaw on a kinematic mechanism enables the bending of various complex shapes from steel and aluminum sheet with a maximum bending angle of 145 degrees and a maximum upper jaw stroke of 200 mm. The machine is operated by three-axis programmable control, allowing work in three modes: manual, single – contains one program consisting of one bending stage and a single back gauge setting, which can be repeated any number of times. The program consists of 60 programmable blocks, each containing 10 bends and back gauge positions. The machine is capable of bending steel sheet up to 3 mm thick and aluminum up to 4 mm. The machine has been serviced with a hydraulic oil change and a completely new control system.
