We offer the KAUFLER KERSLICER KR 370-120 slicer, an industrial machine from 2008 designed for precise slicing and arranging of products onto a production line or directly into packaging. This is the solution for food processing plants that require high cutting repeatability, high-quality placement, and stable operation in an industrial environment. The KERSLICER is designed for in-line and off-line operation and is suitable for slicing and placing meat, cheese, and vegetables. The machines can operate in various placement modes, such as stacking, herringbone, or single-piece placement, providing great flexibility in adapting to specific products and subsequent production stages. High productivity, no need to stop operation during reloading, and the ability to work with multiple cutting lanes.

The KERSLICER operates with a band saw/knife, features replaceable guide chutes, and the cutting thickness can be adjusted independently for each lane within a range of 0 to 10 mm. Throughput reaches 120 strokes/min, and the number of lanes can range from 1 to 4.

The slicer also utilizes a cutting lubrication system based on water/air or air/oil spray, which enhances process quality and minimizes issues when handling demanding products.
